Extending DEADW input table with 2 extra columns
When the W-LEVEL is set on YES and you have a discontinuty in your WALL table you can't use the IDENTifiers. You have to use AX-L, AX-LP, NODE or ELEM for the toggling state. This is not user-friendly when your configuration changes in the POLYDIF.

There is space in the DEADW input table for a DEADW-3 and DEADW-4 column:
DEADW-1 - deadweight pipeline part under water level left of the node (identifier);
DEADW-2 - deadweight pipeline part above water level left of the node (identifier);
DEADW-3 - deadweight pipeline part under water level right of the node (identifier);
DEADW-4 - deadweight pipeline part above water level right of the node (identifier);
W-LEVEL = YES

If W-LEVEL is empty or set on NO then DEADW-3 and DEADW4 should be empty:
DEADW-1 - deadweight pipeline part under or above water level left of the node (identifier);
DEADW-2 - deadweight pipeline part under or above water level right of the node (identifier);
W-LEVEL = NO or empty
