Project file not closed properly

Version: Ple4Win Professional v4.2.2 build 12120

When a project file hasn't been closed correctly and you close Ple4Win and open a healthy processed project file, the following will warning appear.
   

After this warning an unhandled program error will appear:
   

This unhandled program error shouldn't appear in the healthy project file.

It normally doesn't... After a program crash (or if you "kill" the program using the task manager) the first warning always occurs. The second one is new to us, we can't reproduce it here. What is the exact situation that this error occurs? Do you start the program after the crash by double-clicking a (healthy) project file? From the error message it looks like Ple4Win wasn't completely terminated, that the operating system still thinks it is using that file. If that's the case, a Windows restart might be necessary.

The unhandled program error occurs when you click on "OK" in the warning box (first printscreen).

Okay, thank you, but I need some more information:
- "When a project file hasn't been closed correctly" does it mean the program has crashed? Or did you terminate it using the Taskmanager? Or else?
- "open a healthy processed project file" does it mean that you double-click on a different *.plex-project file?
- Is the behaviour reproducable? If so, how?
- Does the unhandled exception also occur if you start Ple4Win without a project file after a crash?

This bug is always reproducible. Here are the steps te reproduce it:

Step 1: Open a .plex project file;
Step 2: Remove your hardware key. This happened accidently;
Step 3: Save your project file;
Step 4: Close Ple4Win;
Step 5: Open an another .plex project file with Ple4Win through Windows Explorer. When opened a warning will appear, see first printscreen;
Step 6: Click with your mouse on OK. The unhandled program error will appear, see second printscreen.
