UNCF is NOT (≥ 1.) or UNDEFINED

E420-14/2:

Uncf=undefined and setx ≠ 0.

UNCF is UNDEFINED and SETX ≠ 0.

Table questioned condition:

- In case function error 'SETTL' LOAD COMPONENT WITHOUT SOIL occurs because this table is present and no soil has been specified in the previous function, table SETX will become questioned.
