Data description/Result options:

ELEM:

Number of element (n)

(all forces are calculated at the mid-section of the element.)

F-AX:

Axial force in element (n)

(Tensile force positive, compressive force negative)

F-LAT:

Shear force in element (n)

(Shear force is given as a vector acting in the LOCAL y-z plane.)

PHI-LAT:

Angle of shear force vector

(Measured in positive sense around x-axis from horizontal y-axis)

M-TORS:

Twisting moment in element (n)

(Measured in positive sense around x-axis.)

M-BEN:

Bending moment in element (n)

(Bending moment is given as a vector acting in the LOCAL y-z plane.)

PHI-MB:

Angle of bending moment vector

(Measured in positive sense around x-axis from horizontal y-axis)

 

The number of rows is the number of elements.
