List of calculated overall internal forces in pipeline based on elements-list (Output Table)
The output data table INTFOR provides the internal forces in the pipeline as they result from calculations.
The internal forces (including bending and twisting moments) are provided in the LOCAL element coordinate system. (see description in input data table ELEMNTS)
The SHEAR-force contained in F-LAT and the BENDING MOMENT contained in M-BEN are provided as vectors acting in the circular pipe cross-section. The directions of these vectors are provided in PHI-LAT and PHI-MB respectively.
The internal forces have been calculated at the mid-sections of the elements and are active on the front side of the first half of the element. In order to interpret these forces, place the LOCAL coordinate system at the above mentioned front-end and look from the inside in the direction of the positive x-axis.
Loadcase name, analysis type, iteration and phase number, if applicable, are shown in the table heading. If there is no soil and the geometry calculations are linear, the iteration number is zero.
